College dining trending: A tour of the Nest at USF; Chartwells enters the ghost kitchen market

In this month’s recap of the Top 5 most popular C&U Food Management articles, Chartwells Higher Education conjures up new flexible ghost kitchens nationwide for college campuses ranked as the week’s top story.
