Deli eatery transformed into organic c-store at college

SUNY New Paltz recently gave an on-campus deli a makeover, giving students and staff a new reason to visit a far corner of campus and providing a one-stop shop for all things organic. The Roost was built in 2015 inside the Ridgeview residence hall as a New York-style delicatessen eatery.
