Just in time for the start of the spring semester, Edinboro University (EU) in Pennsylvania unveiled its freshly renovated Van Houten Marketplace dining venue to the campus community.
“The improvements to Van Houten are among the University’s ongoing plans to help each and every student continue to learn and grow,” observed Dr. Michael Hannan, EU’s provost and vice president for academic & student affairs, at the ribbon cutting. “A number of individuals have worked extremely hard over the past five months to transform the space into an area that is appealing to students and well-suited to meeting their needs.”
