Grillin’ up vegan Cajun burgers
Hendrix Dining’s Knute Bain grilled Lightlife vegan patties and served them up with sautéed onions and peppers and a vegan remoulade sauce.
The Cajun burgers were one of the first items to sell out.
Vegetarian crabless cakes were made with jackfruit instead of crab.

Inside these golden crabless cakes, jackfruit plays the part of seafood. The fibrous fruit can also masquerade as pulled pork.
A student at the Homestyle line gets a plate of festive food, all plant-based, including this pizza, made with vegan Gardein Cajun Saus’age, onions, peppers and Follow Your Heart vegan cheese.
