Sodexo opens Herd Stop at Grand Canyon University to offer healthy options for growing community of on-campus apartments

With its 31 food and beverage outlets, including seven c-stores, Grand Canyon University in Phoenix has no shortage of dining options. Yet the new Herd Stop store, which opened there in January, offers something entirely different: 1,000 square feet of fresh produce and entire sections dedicated to vegan, non-GMO and vegetarian options.
