Sodexo’s food service job training program at Florida State University empowers people with disabilities

Through partnerships with local agencies, the Sodexo dining team has been able to create the setup for success for people with disabilities to develop marketable job skills, self-esteem.

Since Sodexo took over dining services at Florida State University (FUS) in 2017, connections have been made with more than 20 nonprofits, public schools and state agencies in the Tallahassee area. Leading the efforts to strengthen these connections has been Catherine Hall, PHR, SHRM-CP, human resources manager at Seminole Dining for Sodexo.
