All students were invited to join the festivities, which began outdoors on the Bruff Quad before moving inside the dining facility for later revelry.
A petting zoo was a highlight of the outdoor portion of the celebration.
A giant inflatable playground/bounce house was set up on the Bruff Quad.
Caricature artists added to the festivities.
There was also face painting…
Freshly baked cookies were served under a tent on the Bruff Quad.
At 7 p.m., the festivities moved inside to Bruff Commons.
Edison’s Espresso and Tea Bar, a locally owned café, kept students warm with gourmet hot cocoa garnished with jumbo marshmallows, pretzel sticks, dark chocolate sauce and more.
The food inside Bruff included sushi…
…housemade ice cream sandwiches…
…and even a mocktail bar.
There was a huge birthday cake and accompanying cupcakes.
Indoor activities included a roller skating rink.
A DJ spun tunes to keep the festive atmosphere going.
