University of North Texas dining services opens food-allergen-free dining hall

Kitchen West is an all-you-care-to-eat residential dining hall on campus where all the food served is free of the eight most common food allergens.

The University of North Texas (UNT) in Denton has opened a new all-you-care-to-eat (AYCTE) residential dining hall that serves a menu completely devoid of the eight most common food allergens: milk, eggs, fish, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, soy and shellfish.
