A'viands has won the contract to operate dining services at Southern Oregon University, reports the Mail Tribune. The company expects that it could generate $8 to $15 million of revenue over the 10-year contract period, which involves managing a 27,800-square-foot, one-story dining and community hall currently being constructed along with two new residence halls. Those buildings are on pace to open by fall 2013. A'viands is a unit of Trusthouse Services Group, a major contract management firm based in Charlotte, NC.
