Levy Restaurants has signed a multi-year deal to oversee premium-level dining and onsite catering at Minneapolis' 20,500-seat Target Center arena, home of the NBA's Minnesota Timberwolves, reports the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal. Levy replaces local catering firm A Chef's Production, which is owned by a restaurateur who is one of the Timberwolves' minority partners.
The contract covers only suite-level and backstage dining operations. General concessions at the Target Center are managed by Delaware North Sportservice. Levy already operates in more than 30 arenas around the country
