When the coronavirus crisis forced many businesses to either shut their facilities and have employees work from home, or at best restrict the number of employees working onsite, it also changed the business dining market. With fewer or no customers available, many onsite dining spaces became financially unviable—and even where a sufficient number of employees remained onsite, social distancing restrictions have made the traditional lunch crowd unworkable.
