Two concession stands will get an NBA-themed Game Changers Concession Takeover and offer over-the-top arena favorites such as this Triple Double Nacho, which has tortilla chips topped with three layers of nacho cheese and queso, sour cream, salsa and shredded cheese, all served in a souvenir basketball bowl.

Fans attending NBA All-Star events will enjoy a taste of the city with a selection of signature dishes from Cleveland-based, award-winning chefs and local restaurants such as the All-Star Street Dog by Chef Fabio Salerno of Banditos, which is wrapped in bacon and topped with onion, peppers, ketchup, mustard, mayo and avocado pico, roasted jalapenos, and cilantro.

Also on the signature Cleveland roster of dishes is this Stuffed Pepper Pizza from Chef Matthew Mytro’s Flour Pizza Company , which comes with mozzarella, tomato puree, aged provolone, hot pepper oil and stuffed pepper coins.

What would a celebration of Cleveland cuisine be without contributions from Food Network star chef Michael Symon, whose Mabel’s BBQ concept is represented by a Pulled Pork or Brisket (pictured) Sandwich topped with coleslaw on a brioche roll with a side of baked beans, and dill potato salad.

Another celebrated local culinarian is Chef Karen Small, whose Market at The Fig concept is represented by this Spiced Chicken Pita Wrap on naan with garlic butter, hummus, lettuce, pickled Fresno chiles, yogurt, chicken, onion, and house pickles.

Local favorite Pearl’s Kitchen from Chef Tawanna Scott-Williams offers this Crispy Chicken Sandwich with chicken breast, siracha maple glaze, honey mustard, scallions, and lettuce. 

Rocco’s by Chef and Food Network star Rocco Whalen is represented by this Spicy Chicken Cheesesteak with red and poblano peppers, white whiz, pepper jack, and cilantro.

Sauce The City (by Chef Vic Searcy features this All-Star Chicken Sandwich topped with chicken tenders, Kool ranch, pickles, onion tanglers and cotija cheese. 

Aramark has expanded the presence of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital checkout technology to provide a frictionless arena experience for fans, such as with this AI-Enhanced Smart Checkout at four Craftland Beer locations, where AI-checkout technology from vendor Mashgin provides shorter wait times for beverage checkout while offering expanded product options.

Also serving fans with high-tech pizzazz are Tapin2 self-service kiosks that are brand new to the building for NBA All-Star 2022 and help reduce lines to let fans order their food and return to their seats quickly.
