Check out that melted…cheese? Nope, there’s no dairy here: The sauce is “the really cool part,” Claflin says. “It’s made by boiling carrots and potatoes then pureeing them with spices and nutritional yeast to give it the texture and taste of a nacho cheese sauce.”
