New data: Food and beverage’s role is changing in recreation venues

Consumers know there’s a lot more to recreation and entertainment venue foodservice than a box of popcorn or a plastic tray of nachos. A new Datassential report based on research conducted by GenPop in the recreation/entertainment space asked 3,062 consumers to quantify the when, what, where and why of their dining behavior at recent visits to recreation venues.
