Spectra concessions’ new focus on plant-strong innovation

Spectra chefs tasked with creating 20 new plant-powered concessions and catering items for 250 locations, with help from the Humane Society of the United States.

This week, chefs from Spectra-managed sports and music venues, convention centers and museums from across the country are brainstorming at a workshop in Florida with the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS). It’s the he first-ever Plant-Strong Innovation Workshop, held at Daytona Beach’s Ocean Center.
