Over the past year, FMG expanded its Green Kitchen concept, which changes the cooking platform to a more healthy food offering, by opening 10 new facilities. Also, FMG’s new “Service with a Smile” program, which emphasizes positive interactions with patients, kicked off at Adcare Hospital in Worcester, Mass., reported;y with great success.
The company’s proprietary software program has gone through major changes and upgrades in the past year to streamline its use for customers and staff. It also started using a program that will make it a paperless company by storing back up files electronically, saving time, space, and money.
FMG operates in around 180 hospital locations and also does a brisk business (about a third of revenues) licensing its food management software.
