Food Services Inc. (FSI) continues to expand in-house, regional and national brands in its retail operations. It increased healthy options for customers and made more gluten-free items available in its normal daily offerings.
In the past year, four Subway and two Dunkin’ Donut franchise units were introduced into FSI operating units. The company also recently rolled out its own On the Go brand, which provides a wide variety of freshly made products made to go, with strong initial positive results.
Customer retention has been strong and a new position, director of marketing, has been added to management. There has also been increased focus on using social edia to promote the company’s offerings
