Facility: The Valley Hospital, Ridgewood, NJ
Team: Steven Bressler, Retail Services Manager and John Graziano, CDM, CFPP, Executive Chef
Dish: Arabian Snapper with an Avocado Yogurt Sauce, Saffron Potato and Red Quinoa Cake, Garlic and Thyme Flat Bread and Kale, Red Peppers, Carrots and Beets

Facility: Overlook Medical Center, Summit, NJ
Team: Michael Atanasio, Director Food Services and Todd Daigneault, AsCs, CEC, Executive Chef
Dish: Wicked Potato Tuna Potato stuffed wasabi crusted tuna accompanied by a cactus leave chayote slaw and potato quinoa cakes

Facility: Saint Clare's Health System, Denville, NJ
