The vibrant farm-to-table culture that Asheville is famous for is highlighted in the café, but the gorgeous teal tiles that energize the space with a pop of color could be stealing the scene here.
The café is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night (11 p.m. to 2 a.m.) so concepts must cover different dayparts. Shown here, the deli concept offers sandwiches, salads, wraps and snacks, ready to grab and go or made to order.
The Italian Kitchen concept has a variety of pizzas, and customers can build their own as well. Check out the unusual light fixtures, hunter green tile (color trend alert) and glitzy pizza oven!
The café includes self-service order kiosks both in and outside the café, where orders are taken with the tap of a screen and payments are made with the swipe of a card. Two order-and-pay kiosks are just outside the doors, so customers can order and pay before even entering.
For those taking a sit-down lunchbreak, the café includes lots of seating. Note the high-tops on the left, situated near a wall of windows for lots of natural light.
The rugged look of the wood contrasted with sleek countertops and pretty light fixtures creates a soothing environment.
