In addition to these cool waffle bowls, Klingberg Family Centers in New Britain, Ct., is also serving breakfast banana splits, cinnamon buns, breakfast burritos, overnight oats and whole grain donuts. According to Cheryl Fliss, foodservice director, about 50-60% of students eat breakfast in the classroom, grabbing it to go from the cafeteria, since buses often arrive late.
