Chef David Burke guest stars at NJ high school

Whitsons School Nutrition welcomed the culinary pioneer, who served his famous breadless chicken parma and a sophisticated pepper-spiked dessert.

David Burke blurs the lines between chef, artist, inventor and celebrity. He’s a familiar face from shows like “Iron Chef,” NBC’s “Today Show” and “Every Day with Rachael Ray.” He’s received accolades for his wide-ranging restaurant concepts and is known internationally. But you may not know that he holds patents for his culinary inventions, such as a process of dry-aging steak with pink salt and a special serving tray.
