Minneapolis milestone

The school food team at Minneapolis Public Schools (MPS) served 3 million meals in 23 weeks, creating True Food boxes that check the boxes for nutrition and fun.

A recent meal at MPS showed off farm-to-school partnerships that produced colorful Brussels sprouts, butternut squash, apples and purple daikon radishes to go with a local turkey burger.
