School nutrition trending: SLA Management anticipates normalized K-12 school year ahead

One of the K-12 top stories on food-management.com this month was about FM Top 50 firm SLA Management. Over the last two years, the firm has grappled with the same uncertainties that every school foodservice has faced — supply chain hiccups, peaks and valleys of student participation and the need to respond quickly to government mandates.
