Getting a food hall education

Operators gathered for On Site with Food Management at the recent NRA Show.

Food halls are one of foodservice’s hot trends, and many onsite operators are incorporating elements of the trend in their own locations. At this year’s NRA Show, more than 60 operators get a behind the scenes look at Latinicity, a food hall in Chicago, as part of On Site with Food Management, an experiential learning event sponsored by IHS CrossCheck, a foodservice management consultant based out of Delaware.
