The Cleveland Indians are planning to cut concessions prices on most of the items served at its Progressive Field ballpark this coming baseball season, reports the Cleveland Plain Dealer. The cuts, which which are described as permanent and not a short arm promotion, will include a drop on hot dogs from $4.50 to $3 (and only $1 on 15 specific "Dollar Dog" promotion nights during the season). A 12-oz. domestic beer will be $4 as opposed to the $4.50-$5.25 they were last season. The Major League average last season was $6.10.
