The Sportservice operation at Green Bay's Lambeau Field is short on fund-raising volunteers to work the stadium's concession stands this coming season as up to 16 nonprofits chose not to return from last year, when Lambeau concessions was operated by Levy Restaurants, reports the Green Bay Press-Gazette. Some of the groups told reporters that the reason was a new compensation structure, while Sportservice cites its greater training requirements. The Green Bay Packers say 74 groups earned about $1 million in 2011, the Gazette reports.
