UWV Considers Stadium Beer Sales

The University of West Virginia is considering a proposal to begin beer sales at home football games, reports the Charleston Gazette. The goal is not revenue enhancement, even though the paper estimates an additional $500,000 to $1.2 million from the change. Rather, Athletic Director Oliver Luck says the policy would allow the school to better control drinking that already goes on.
