EvergreenHealth recently celebrated the opening of Cafe 128 at EvergreenHealth Medical Center in its Kirkland, WA, location, offering a new sustainable menu and a variety of healthy choices that support the system's Healthy Food in Health Care Pledge commitment, reports the Bothell/Kenmore Reporter.
The revitalized cafe has six stations: Field of Greens (made-to-ordersalads), Soup (home-made daily), Sliced (deli sandwiches/wraps), The Grillery (burgers, grilled items), The Hearth (pasta, Sicilian style flatbread pizzas) and Market Fresh (daily entree specials). The cafe is open seven days a week from 6:30 a.m. (8 a.m. weekend) to 8 p.m. with a half-hour shutdown for conversion to lunch/dinner service each day at 10:30 a.m.
