A $10 million renovation of the cafeteria at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN, won't result in the removal of some of the eatery's most popular concepts or menu choices, reports the Chattanooga Times Free Press. The update, coincident with a new foodservice contract with Aramark, which takes over management of dining services at Erlanger on March 1, will add new add a number of new dining options, including some highlighting local restaurants and chefs, but will leave the popular Subway, Chick-fil-A and Starbucks stations in place. The renovation, to be done in stages, is expected to take up to 36 months.
