Ovations Food Services has been selected by Major League Baseball's Oakland Athletics and the NFL's Oakland Raiders to provide its Everything’s Fresh program to all catering and concessions provided at the O.CO Coliseum that is the home field for both teams. The company, which provides food and beverage catering and concessions at more than 135 public assembly facilities throughout the United States and Canada, took over operations at O.CO Coliseum on January 1, 2014.
The Everything’s Fresh program's focus on using locally sourced ingredients and a rotating seasonal menu will mean the addition of several new proprietary and custom concepts that bring the flavors of Oakland to both the fans of both teams.

Satenspiel has more than 30 years experience in the industry, having been involved with Ovations at the openings of AutoZone Park in Memphis and Isotopes Park in Albuquerque. Other venues where he has worked include Ford Field in Detroit, the Las Vegas Motor Speedway and Chicago's Wrigley Field.
