Campus dining services provider Aramark is adding a couple of area restaurant brands to its array of offerings at the University of Southern Maine, reports the Free Press campus paper. A mini location of locally famous pizza purveyor Portland Pie Co. opened in the dining area of the school's Woodbury Campus Center at the start of the spring semester, along with Kamasoupra, a local soup concept. The campus had already featured local coffeshop concept Coffee by Design.
