Grilled Cuban Torta

YIELD: 1 sandwich

1 Telera sandwich roll
1 ½ Tbsps. yellow mustard
2 oz. sliced ham
4 oz. roasted pulled pork
2 slices Swiss cheese
1 medium size dill pickle, sliced lengthwise into 4 slices

1.Slice roll in half. Spread ¾ of a Tbsp. of the yellow mustard on the interior side of each half.
2.Layer the sliced ham evenly over the mustard on the bottom half of the roll. Place the roasted pulled pork on top of the sliced ham.
3.Layer the slices of cheese evenly over the pulled pork. Then layer the pickle slices over the cheese. Place top half of roll onto sandwich and press down lightly to compress the filling.
4.Lightly butter the outer sides (top and bottom) of the roll and place sandwich in a heated Panini press. Grill until the cheese has melted (or desired color and doneness is achieved).
