4 1/2 Cups Classic Sweet And Sour Sauce

Classic Sweet and Sour Sauce
2 T Oil Vegetable
1 T Garlic Minced
1 T Ginger Minced
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Vinegar
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Ketchup
2 T Cornstarch
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 T Water

1. Prepare NEW Boneless Wing Dings® and Boneless Wing-Zings® according to the instructions provided 2. Prepare sauces 3. Place wings in a basket and side with sauces. Makes a great appetizer platter

Classic Sweet and Sour Sauce
1. In sauce pot, heat the oil and add garlic and ginger. Sauté until aromatic.
2. Add water, vinegar, sugar and ketchup. Bring to boil.
3. Dissolve the cornstarch in the water and add salt. Add to the mixture in pot and cook until thickened.
4. Serve hot or cold.
