The Chicken and Waffles 7303 Chik’N Gone Wild™ Boneless Wings 2 oz. waffles (your choice) Ginger Spiked Chutney (recipe below) Butter, whipped Ginger Spiked Chutney Canola oil Red onion (diced fine) Ginger fresh (chopped fine) Apple cider vinegar Sugar Major Grey's Chutney (prepared) Mango, fresh (diced) Watermelon (diced) Strawberries (diced) Basil, fresh (chopped fine) Mint, fresh (chopped fine) Crushed red pepper Method The Chicken and Waffles 1. Heat chicken per specifications, toss in sauce. 2. Heat waffles and top with the butter. Drizzle with remaining Bourbon sauce. 3. Serve with Ginger Spiked Chutney. Ginger Spiked Chutney 1. Heat oil in a sauce pan and sauté the red onion and ginger for one minute. 2. Add vinegar, sugar, crushed red pepper and prepared chutney. Bring to a simmer. 3. Simmer for 5-7 minutes and pull off heat. 4. Add diced fruit and herbs and cool.
