Cherry Fruit Sauce

1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
32 oz DOLE^® Fresh Frozen Dark Sweet
Cherries, partially thawed

Combine sugar and cornstarch in saucepan.
Stir in cherries. Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat until sauce turns clear and is slightly thickened.
Remove from heat. Serve warm or chilled.
