5257 Pulled and Shredded Chicken Breast

6" Corn tortilla (fried crisp)

Monterey & Cheddar cheese blend (shredded)

Salsa (prepared red or green)

Vine ripe tomato (diced)

Refried black beans (prepared)

Romaine lettuce (shredded)

Green onion (chopped)

Sour cream


1. Heat chicken per specifications.

2. Place crisp corn tortilla on serving plate, smear with heated refried black beans, next top with 1/3 the shredded cheese, lettuce, heated chicken, tomato and rest of the cheese.

3. Finish by topping off with salsa, sour cream and green onion.

Note: Achieve more of the layered taste and look by stacking additional crisp corn tortillas.
