YIELD: 4-6 SERVINGS
1 pre-baked pizza crust or flatbread
¼ cup prepared fig spread
3 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
½ apple, thinly sliced
4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
shredded arugula to garnish (optional)

Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat top of pizza crust or flatbread with fig spread. Top with bacon, apple and cheese.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese has fully melted.

Top pizza or flatbread with shredded arugula (optional) and serve.
