In 2019, Southern Foodservice Management (SFM) experienced some significant personnel changes at the executive level as long-term officers Mike Barclay and Fred Hoefer both retired. Walter Berry was named president, succeeding Barclay, while Dave Hall was promoted to senior vice president of operations to succeed Hoefer in that role. In addition, Troy Drulman joined Southern as vice president of sales and marketing and Bruce Larson became CFO.
