CulinArt rolled out a number of operational and culinary initiatives in 2015. Notable among the latter was the Flatbreads station concept introduced at more than 40 accounts nationwide that offers quick-serve flatbreads at a premium price point. The menu includes a standard margherita variety at all times plus daily specials with interesting topping combinations, seasonal vegetables and artisan cheeses.
