Lessing’s operations include operating off-premise catering, running nine commercial restaurants in the New York metropolitan area and the managing onsite foodservice for clients in the B&I and colleges/university segments. It is also now a franchisee of the Blaze Pizza concept, opening five stores so far in New York State and Connecticut.
