An ongoing focus on food and concept development brought Brock a new culinary development director, Jason Suski, whose initial focus centered on refreshing concepts and resources for the field in the area of core programs, followed by concept launches such as Burgerlicious designed to help build the Brock brand and maintain its competitive market position.
