Lancer has continued to add cultural attraction venue clients in the past year, a segment in which it has operated since 1988. Clients include the Minnesota Zoo, Woodland Park Zoo in Seattle, Memphis Zoo, Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium in Tacoma, WA, Como Park Zoo and Conservatory in Saint Paul and Living Planet Aquarium in Salt Lake City.

In 2014 it opened Café Avalon at the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium in Draper, Utah. In the K-12 dining segment, where it’s operated for 12 years, it added two new school districts. The year also saw the company extending its presence into two new states, Oregon and Wisconsin, and inking its first military dining contract.

Lancer’s Sustainable Steps, Lifestyle Options, and Healthy Choices continue to be popular with health- and sustainability-minded customers.
