1 red bell pepper, stems and seeds removed, finely diced
1 green bell pepper, stems and seeds removed, finely diced
1 lb. blue crab meat
2 oz. panko bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning

Shrimp:
10 U-12 size jumbo shrimp, peeled, deveined, tail-on
1 sheet puff pastry, 8 x 14"
