Mango White Chocolate Bread Pudding

Yield: 6-8 servings.

1 loaf (4-5 cups) stale bread cut into 1" cubes
2 cups milk
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
1 whole vanilla bean
14 oz. can of condensed milk
12 oz. good-quality white chocolate bar
4 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 ripe mangos
