Shareholders of Host America Corp. have approved the sale of the company’s foodservice operations in order to concentrate on the energy conservation management business. The announcement follows the settlement of a class action lawsuit stemming from a 2005 stock manipulation incident for which the company agreed to pay $2.4 million.
