2 Tbsps. olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 leek, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 lbs. ground beef
2 tsps. ground cumin
2 tsps. ground cardamom
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. water, or as needed
1 package spring roll wrappers (14 oz.)

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions, leek and garlic, and cook, stirring until the onions are transparent.
