Wilson to Head National Food Service Management Institute

The National Food Service Management Institute (NFSMI) has named SNA Past President Katie Wilson, PhD, SNS, as its next executive director. “This is a dream come true for me,” says Wilson. “Here I can be at an executive level, have impact nationally and still be involved with child nutrition.” Dr. Wilson has directed school nutrition programs in three Wisconsin school districts and served as SNA president in 2008-09.

NFSMI is located at The University of Mississippi’s Oxford campus.
