All-American Peanut Butter Pie

INGREDIENTS:1.5 lbs. unsalted butter, softened
2 cups brown sugar
1.5 lbs. cream cheese
1 cup peanut butter
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 cup heavy cream
2 baked 9-inch pie crusts, filled with chocolate

Chocolate Mixture:
1 ¼ cup melted chocolate
1/3 cup Kahlua DIRECTIONS:Mix melted chocolate with Kahlua and pour mixture evenly inside two baked pie crusts.

Place butter and sugar into mixing bowl. With wire whip, mix until creamy. On medium speed, add cream cheese, peanut butter and vanilla. Slowly add cream. Turn mixer on high, and beat until mixture is fluffy. Fill pie shells with peanut butter mixture, and refrigerate until service. SERVINGS:2 pies From:Ben Zandi, Troutdale Dining Room, Bristol, TN.
