The Healthcare Food Administrator's Association of Greater New York (HFAA) held its 4th Big Apple Culinary Challenge in March at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center. Four local hospitals competed: Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center, Maimonides Medical Center, New York Methodist Hospital, and New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell. The teams were tasked with preparing an appetizer, salad and entrée utilizing all three mystery items: steak, salmon, and chicken.
