INGREDIENTS:2 Tbsps. plus 1 cup sour cream
1 12 inch pizza shell
12 frozen pierogies, thawed (use potato & cheddar or roasted garlic flavor)
¼ cup chopped onions
1 ½ cups mozzarella cheeseDIRECTIONS:1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Spread 2 Tbsps. of the sour cream on pizza shell.
2. Cut pierogies in halves or quarters. In a mixing bowl, combine pierogies with onions and remaining 1 cup of sour cream. Spread mixture evenly on pizza shell. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
